Program Structure

Positive Intelligence® is an intensive 6-week course designed to strengthen mental fitness and emotional intelligence.

It includes techniques to identify and manage saboteurs while cultivating your best self. After completing the program, participants continue with individual coaching sessions to deepen and sustain positive change.

WEEKLY VIDEO SESSIONS

One-hour videos led by Shirzad Chamine, the creator of Positive Intelligence®, introducing key concepts and strategies.

DAILY APP-BASED PRACTICE

15 minutes of guided exercises through the PQ app to strengthen mental muscles and shift from negative to positive thinking.

WEEKLY GROUP CALLS

Small group sessions (Pods) led by a certified PQ coach to discuss progress, challenges and learning.

SELF-ASSESSMENTS AND PROGRESS TRACKING

Tools to measure mental fitness and monitor improvement throughout the program.

FOCUS ON THREE CORE MENTAL MUSCLES:

- Saboteur Interceptor Muscle:Recognizing and intercepting negative thoughts and emotions triggered by inner saboteurs.
